Ingredients:
3 potatoes
1 egg yolk
7 tablespoons cornstarch
A little salt and red chili powder
100g cheese

For the coating:
1 egg
Breadcrumbs

Preparation:
Boil the potatoes, drain the water, and mash them. Add the egg yolk, starch, and spices, then mix well to form a dough-like consistency. Take small portions of the mixture and flatten them out. Place cheese in the center, seal the edges, and shape into a ball. Dip first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until the outside is beautifully golden brown. Don't forget to serve while hot.
