By the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 578 dated 30.10.2023, the regulation on the procedure for maintaining the national report on the state of land resources was approved. The regulation was adopted in accordance with the decision of the President "On measures to further improve the activities of the Cadastre Agency under the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan" dated October 20, 2022 No. PQ-405. It implies the following: procedure for keeping land records; approval of land report forms; the procedure for forming and submitting a national report on the state of land resources; the procedure for accounting for changes in land fund categories. The Cadastre Agency was instructed to launch the "Land Report" automated information system (AAT) and ensure its integration with the "E-decision" electronic system by January 1, 2024. The Chamber of State Cadastres of the Cadastre Agency is the operator of the Land Survey AAT. The results of making changes to the land report, dividing the land into categories and transferring it from one category to another are entered into the "Land Report" AAT based on the decisions of the competent state bodies. Decisions of local executive authorities on approving the results of the land resource survey are submitted to the "Land Report" AAT through the "E-decision" electronic system in real time. The land report is kept on all land owners, land users, tenants and owners located within the administrative-territorial borders of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the regions, the city of Tashkent, districts and cities. The document was published in the national database of legal documents and entered into force on October 31, 2023.
