By order of the President, all employees of the People's Reception Centers will be dismissed. Now, dedicated personnel who can solve the problem on the spot will be attracted to this system.
It was noted at the videoconference meeting chaired by the President that instead of the original task of the People's Reception Centers - solving the problems of the population - they have become simple "dispatchers". 55 percent of the appeals sent in 2024 were not resolved. The largest number of complaints related to law enforcement agencies, courts, khokimiyats, education and ecology. About a thousand appeals requested a personal reception by the President.
Now the People's Reception Centers will be headed by regional and district khokims. Khokims will start their working day here by hearing the appeals of the population. Appeals will not be sent to other departments, but will be resolved on the spot. Khokims will be given additional powers and resources.
