All disputes of the entrepreneur with tax authorities are transferred to the jurisdiction of the Administrative Court

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev holds an open dialogue with entrepreneurs.
All disputes of the entrepreneur with the tax authorities are transferred to the jurisdiction of the Administrative Court.  Also, any restrictions on the appeal of entrepreneurs directly to the court are removed.

The period for filing a claim against entrepreneurs on tax is reduced from the current 5 to 3 years.  

In addition, when a court order is issued on the collection of tax or credit debt, the calculation of pensions and interest is stopped.

Currently, entrepreneurs are obliged to submit about 8 thousand indicators to 16 government agencies within the framework of more than 140 reports. As a result, 500 thousand entrepreneurs spend 300 billion on the preparation of such various reports every year.

Therefore, as of January 1, 2024:

- repeated and outdated reports are terminated;

- the submission of all reports through a single electronic system is established, and their paper form is canceled (currently 15 percent of reports are submitted on paper).
