Alisher Shodmonov became the first deputy minister of health

Alisher Shodmanov, Rector of the Tashkent Medical Academy, was appointed to the position of First Deputy Minister of Health by the relevant decision of the President. Alisher Shodmanov was born in 1962 in Tashkent. In 1985, he graduated from Andijan State Medical Institute. Labor activity In 2009-2010, he worked as vice-rector of Andijan State Medical Institute for educational affairs, and in 2010-2015, as rector of Andijan State Medical Institute. In 2015-2017, he was a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the chairman of the committee. He worked as the Minister of Health in 2017-2020.
