Some social network users are writing comments insulting Alisher Kadyrov for these thoughts. Therefore, Kadyrov announced that he intends to punish those who insulted him.

We are open to criticism, dialogue and discussion are our duty, but we want to contribute to the transformation of society by punishing those who lack insight and use insults in public speeches,” Alisher Kadyrov wrote.
