Alimony payers may be given the opportunity to go abroad

On March 13, the president touched upon the problems related to alimony payers at a videoconference meeting on improving the system for working with population appeals. 
It is noted that last year, 70 thousand appeals related to alimony were received. The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement reported that 30 percent of the applications received remain unresolved due to the lack of official income of alimony payers. 
It was also noted that a system has been created to train people and send them to high-paying jobs abroad on the basis of organized migration, but people are unable to take advantage of this opportunity due to the alimony obligation. 
The Head of State criticized the hokims for not analyzing how many of the alimony payers have a profession but are unemployed, how many need to be trained, and for not setting specific tasks for the employment department and the "neighborhood seven", instructing the authorities to study this problem in depth and make appropriate proposals.
