Chelsea are interested in signing Newcastle star Alexander Isak, but they will have to pay more than £115m for the Swedish striker.
The striker could leave St James' Park as he seeks to compete for Champions League football on a regular basis.
Arsenal have also been linked with Isak.
Newcastle are ready to negotiate but want at least £115m for the club's leader.
Newcastle are set to spend the money on Sporting Lisbon striker Victor Gokeres.
