Franky Zapata — the French inventor famous for the flyboard — is now entering the world of personal aviation. His new creation, the AirScooter, is being called a breakthrough for the future of individual flight transportation.

The AirScooter can fly for up to two hours, reach speeds of 100 km/h, and — most impressively — does not require a pilot’s license in the United States. The controls are similar to those of a drone, making it accessible even for beginners.
