Action taken against young man who grabbed fish from pond and insulted woman in Tashkent

A video of a young man grabbing a fish from a pond in a park and insulting a woman who objected to it has been widely discussed on social networks.
According to the Department of Internal Affairs, the incident occurred on June 23 of this year, at 10:00 p.m., in one of the parks in the Mirzo Ulugbek district of Tashkent.
M.Sh., born in 2003, grabbed a fish from a pond with his hand, D.A., born in 2000, objected to this and asked to return the fish to the water. However, M.Sh. used obscene words towards the woman.
A report was drawn up against the young man in connection with the incident under Article 183 of the Criminal Code (petty hooliganism), and the case was sent to court.
