Action taken against father of 5th-grade student who drove a car in Fergana
It was discovered that a 5th-grade student in the Sokh district of Fergana drove a Tracker car belonging to his father. A video showing the incident circulated on social media.
The child is a 5th-grade student at School No. 11 in the Sokh district. The vehicle was impounded in the presence of the father.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the child's father under Article 47 and Part 2 of Article 135 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. He may face fines under the relevant articles. A preventive conversation was also held with the father.
The Traffic Safety Department urged parents not to allow their underage children to drive vehicles.
