A 17-year-old youth was identified in Tashkent after performing dangerous maneuvers on the road and posting videos of them on social media.
It was revealed that he had rented the car without any documentation and did not possess a driver's license. The youth admitted to performing these dangerous maneuvers on several streets in the capital.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against him under Article 128-10 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility ("Road Hooliganism"), and the vehicle was impounded.
Under this article, the offender faces a potential fine of 50 times the Base Calculation Amount (BHM) or administrative detention for up to 15 days.
