Acceptance of applications for dormitory from 1st year students has started

According to the press service of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, uploading data to the "Student Accommodation Information System" has been completed. Now, 1st-year students can apply for placement in the dormitories of state HEIs through the State Services Center or the Unified Portal. .

When considering the application, priority will be given to foster children of "Mehribanlik Houses", families and young people entering the register, students with disabilities, winners of the "Student of the Year" competition and others.
After that, for students on the general list, they will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the number of remaining places in the dormitory. In this case, 55-65% of dormitories should be reserved for first-year students.
