Meat products that do not meet the veterinary-sanitary requirements were stopped at the "Yukori nukta" post located in the Bulungur district of the Samarkand region. This was reported by the YHXX information service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It is noted that the Isuzu truck was stopped and checked by YPX and State Veterinary Service employees.
During the inspection, it was found that there are 4.9 thousand kilograms of meat products that do not meet veterinary and sanitary requirements in the cargo compartment of the transport.
In order to check whether the meat products are suitable for consumption, they were sent to the State Center for the Diagnosis of Animal Diseases and Food Safety of Bulung'ur District.
Unfit meats
At the beginning of August, more than 1 ton of inedible meat was stopped in Samarkand in an Isuzu truck that was being transported to Tashkent. About the fact that unfit meat products were sold in the market in Tashkent, another person who was carrying unfit meat for sale in Tashkent was stopped, 500 kg of unfit meat products were destroyed in Urgut district reported.
