About 400 violations were detected at road construction sites

Over the course of five months, "Uzyo'linspeksiya" identified about 400 violations on road facilities in Uzbekistan. In 20 cases, administrative reports were drawn up against the officials, and in 52 cases, a request was made to exempt the volume of construction and installation works performed with poor quality.
Construction, reconstruction, perfect and current repair, maintenance facilities of public and regional highways and artificial structures are organized by the employees of "Uzyolinspeksia" in order of quality control, from January to May of this year quality control was carried out in 1519 facilities.

As a result, 254 mandatory written instructions were given to the responsible employees of the customer, contractor, designer, maintainer and other organizations to eliminate 389 violations found at the road construction sites.

According to reports, 202 out of 254 instructions have been implemented. Control over the execution of the remaining 52 instructions has been established.

20 administrative reports were drawn up and sent to judicial authorities for taking appropriate measures against officials who committed gross violations at road construction sites and did not eliminate the instructions given by state inspectors within the specified period, and 14 cases a fine of 19.8 million soums was applied.

In connection with 52 cases, an application was filed for the release of the amount of substandard construction and installation works worth 1958.99 million soums, and the execution of 31 applications for 619.48 million soums was ensured. Control over the execution of the remaining applications has been established.

Also, a proposal was made to their managers to consider the issue of disciplinary responsibility against the employees responsible for the shortcomings in the execution of the executive documents specified in the requirements of the normative documents related to technical regulation.
