About 3,000 Kyrgyz citizens graduate from universities in Russia every year, Russian Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov said in a video message at the forum of graduates of Russian and Soviet universities in the Kyrgyz Republic.
He noted that graduates of Russian universities are highly qualified specialists, build a successful career and make a significant contribution to the development of various sectors of the economy and social sphere of the republic. The Minister recalled that during his visit to Kyrgyzstan, he discussed the priorities of training personnel for the country and further options for cooperation.
"We agreed with the Minister of Education and Science Dogdurkul Kendirabayeva that emphasis will be placed on training teachers, engineers and doctors, especially in demand in the labor market of the Kyrgyz Republic," he said.
