As part of the visit of the delegation of the Uzbek government to the city of Bishkek, on October 25, a bilateral meeting was held with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Roman Golovchenko at the "Ala-Archa" residence. As noted, multilateral relations are developing consistently in the spirit of friendship and partnership. Open and reliable communication between the heads of states is an important factor in this. At the meeting, the Uzbek side was invited to hold the tenth meeting of the intergovernmental commission on bilateral cooperation and the second interregional forum in Tashkent by the end of the year. The indicators of mutual trade are growing, its volume increased by 42% last year. During the high-level negotiations, the governments were tasked with increasing the volume of trade to 1 billion dollars in the next few years. At the meeting, there was an exchange of views on joint efforts to expand trade and industrial cooperation, development of cooperation in agriculture and cultural and humanitarian spheres between our enterprises.
