By order of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, a working group led by Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev was created in order to resolve social, humanitarian, economic and infrastructure issues in the Karabakh region.

Report informs, this was stated by the Administration of the President of Azerbaijan.
