 The press service of the Novosibirsk region Department of the Russian Investigative Committee reported that the court had tortured her one-and-a-half-year-old daughter and sentenced her to the Uzbek woman who caused her death. The woman is a 28-year-old woman born in the Andijan region who has lived with her husband in Novosibirsk since 2016. She has regularly been physically and spiritually tormenting her one-and-a-half-year-old daughter in the period from June to August 2021. In August 2021, the girl died, and the woman buried her daughter in the attic herself, without contacting medical institutions. The woman was found guilty of torture and sentenced to 4 years in prison, and her sentence was set to be served in a general order colony.
