The woman kidnapped and sold children from 1993 to 2003. Yui Huain, a female criminal, has previously been convicted of child trafficking. In 2004, he was arrested while committing a crime, but managed to pass himself off as someone else. Then the court sentenced him to 8 years in prison, but in 2009 the sentence was reduced to 3 years.
