Ingredients:
600 g chicken breast
2 eggs
4 tablespoons flour
150 g cheese
4 tomatoes
200 g mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic
Preparation:
First, cut the chicken breast into thin slices and beat it with a hammer until soft. Then, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dip the chicken pieces first in flour, then in egg, and fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Mix the mayonnaise with finely chopped garlic and spread over the chicken. Then, put tomatoes and grated cheese on top of the mayonnaise and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-30 minutes. Our dish is ready!
