Then, in another bowl, mix cream, sugar, and salt, pour over the flour and butter mixture and knead into a dough. The finished dough is placed in the refrigerator for an hour. Then, the dough is divided into pieces and rolled out in a rectangular shape. Cherry mixed with starch is placed in the rolled dough and rolled out in the form of a roll, tightly sealing both sides. The finished rolls are baked in the oven at 190–200°C until golden brown. For the cream, whip the cream and sugar.
