Nine ceramic vessels were found in the cavity.
Ilyas Hotamov, one of the activists of the "Kumushkon" MFY, brought this news to the staff of the National Archaeological Center of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and asked to study it. When the archaeologists examined the place indicated above, it was found that the underground structure with a height of 1.5-1.6 m, a diameter of 1.8-1.9 m, and an inner ceiling in the form of a dome was an ancient burial mound.
Ceramic vessels taken from the grave were placed on the edges of the grave during the burial of the deceased. All of them are made by hand, that is, without the help of a potter's wheel. Red liquid angob (paint) was applied to the dishes. When making them, small sand stones and crushed limestone are mixed into the clay.
Three of the vessels found are one-handled jugs, one two-handled tuvak, two one-handled glasses (mugs), two bowls and one bowl, and apparently they were poured into the grave. is broken. Unfortunately, the liquids have burned away over the years. Only one of the jugs contained the powdery remains of milk cream.
Based on the studies, it is possible to estimate that the grave found and the finds in it belong to the II-VI centuries.
