A teacher who walked to school for 18 years was given a car as a gift

Orif Partoyev, a Russian language teacher who walked 16 km a day for 18 years at the Yuri Gagarin School in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, was awarded. He worked at school No. 24 in the Temurmalik district.
The event was attended by the Speaker of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko, the Governor of Dushanbe and the son of President Rahmon, Rustam Emomali. Partoyev's dedication and contribution to education were recognized and he was presented with a car. Earlier, he was also presented with a scooter as a gift.
