A person who was growing a ton of cannabis in his backyard was caught

On October 8, 2023, a fast-track event was held in one of the neighborhoods in this district, according to a report received by the IIB watch of the Nishan District of Kashkadarya region.

The event was attended by a rapid-fire investigation team who found that 574 bushes of cannabis drug plants were growing there when one of the citizens was inspected in the courtyard.

In addition, it was known that 51.9 kg of dried marijuana was being stored on the roof of the civilian house as a drug plant.

When the resulting drug plants were put on the scales, the net weight came out more than a ton.

It is noted that a criminal case was brought against a citizen in connection with the circumstances under Section 270 (2) of the Criminal Code, paragraph “v” and Section 273 (5) of the Criminal Code. A detention precaution was used against the accused.  This was reported in a plaque on the TV channel” Uzbekistan-24".
