A citizen living in Jizzakh region promised to send another citizen to America and received 14.3 thousand dollars from him. But he sent the citizen not to America, but to South Africa. He asked his father for another 6.7 thousand dollars in order to return a citizen who was in a difficult situation in Africa to his homeland. A quick operation was conducted by Jizzakh IIB, and the fraudster was caught when he received 6.7 thousand dollars.
