Jamshid Bahadirov, the leader of the criminal group, who was accused in the case and sentenced to 8 years of freedom, was released for "exemplary behavior". It is said that he has defrauded hundreds of people for several billion soums.
According to the press service of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau under the Prosecutor General's Office, Kun.uz was informed that based on the relevant enforcement documents of the Chilonzor District Court on Criminal Cases, the officials of "Avto altymish oy" LLC J.Bahodirov, O.Mirzayev, M.Gulmirzayeva , M. Hakimova and E. Qurbanov jointly and severally for the benefit of 15 thousand 761 executors, it was decided to collect the damages of 44 billion 471 million soums and to focus the collection on the assets identified during the investigation.

A total of 26.7 billion soums were recovered from the victims during the enforcement actions carried out by the Tashkent City Administration of the Bureau. The amount of damages to be recovered is 12 billion 905 million soums.

According to the verdict of the Chilonzor District Court on March 29, 2021, the head of "Avto altymish oy" LLC Jamshid Bahadirov was sentenced to 8 years in prison.

J.Bahodirov was transferred from a regular colony to a permanent colony in November 2021 by the decision of the Nishon district court. He received a positive description in the correctional colony for 8 months "because he behaved well and went on the road to recovery", and according to the decision of the JIB Bo'ka district court, his unexpired "term" of more than 5 years of moral correction was replaced by punishment.
