A passenger forced a flight attendant to kneel and apologize.

China Eastern Airlines has reported a passenger to law enforcement authorities following an incident on the Hefei–Dalian flight.
The incident occurred on September 28. A flight attendant serving drinks accidentally bumped her service trolley against the elbow of a sleeping passenger and immediately apologized.
However, the passenger expressed dissatisfaction and treated the flight attendant rudely. Subsequently, the flight attendant knelt before the passenger and apologized again.
After the plane landed, medical personnel examined the passenger and found no serious injuries or swelling. China Eastern contacted the police, deeming the passenger's behavior a violation of onboard order and an affront to the staff member's dignity.
The airline has also suspended service to the passenger.
