A package of agreements was signed between Uzbekistan and the United States

Bilateral agreements on priority areas of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States were signed in Washington with the participation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The documents covered projects on the extraction and supply of important minerals, the construction of a network of gas stations, the introduction of sprinkler irrigation technologies, the development of a poultry cluster, agro-industrial and financial market.

The event was attended by representatives of the US government, Eximbank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and a number of large companies. The parties discussed issues of expanding investment cooperation and systematic support for joint projects.
