Rustam Sultanov was appointed to the post of Minister of Finance of Karakalpakstan. This was reported by the press service of the Jockey Kenges.
Mahmud Sadigov, who has headed the Ministry of Finance of Karakalpakstan since 2017, was relieved of his post on his application.
Until the appointment, Rustam Sultanov had held positions in charge of the “people's bank”, “Asaka” Bank and the Accounts Chamber.
