At the beginning of August, the first deputy governor of the Tashkent region, Muzaffar Fayziyev, was dismissed.
A new first deputy was appointed to the mayor of Tashkent region. This is reported by the regional administration.
Abdurasul Abdullayev, the former governor of Ohangaron district, started working as the first deputy governor of the Tashkent region.
Abdurasul Abdullayev was born in Kitab district of Kashkadarya region in 1968. In 1991, he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of National Economy.
He worked as the head of the General Department of the Central Bank of Samarkand region, the chairman of the board of the ATIB "Ipoteka-bank", the chairman of the board of the Uzsanoatkurilishbank OJSC. In 2014, he was appointed chairman of the board of the joint-stock commercial People's Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2019, he was appointed the deputy chairman of the State Committee for Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Development and the director of the "Uzbekchorvanasl" agency. In 2020, he became the governor of Ohangaron district.
Earlier, at the beginning of August, the first deputy governor of the Tashkent region, Muzaffar Fayziyev, was fired. This was announced at a video selector meeting held as part of the president's visit to the region.
In November 2020, Muzaffar Fayziyev was appointed to the position of deputy governor of the Tashkent region for finance, economy and poverty alleviation.
