A new decision of the President was announced

Presidential Decree "On additional measures for effective organization of aviation activities" (PQ-337, 16.10.2023) was adopted. According to the decision, the following will be implemented: 100 percent share of "Uzbekistan Airports" JSC in the authorized capital of "SILK AVIA" LLC will be transferred to the authorized capital of "Uzbekistan Helicopters" LLC within "Uzbekistan Airways" JSC; 3 "ATR72-600" aircraft of "Uzbekistan Airports" JSC will be freely transferred to "SILK AVIA" LLC; The number of "ATR72-600" aircraft will be increased as part of the implementation of the strategy of effective organization and development of the activities of "SILK AVIA" LLC; "Uzbekistan Helicopters" LLC, a part of "Uzbekistan Airways" JSC, will be responsible for increasing the number of domestic flights, expanding the geography of flights, launching new routes, and developing the fleet of "ATR72-600" aircraft.
