In 2017-2022, the company commissioned the construction of multi-storey housing on the national scale and built 1,228 housing units consisting of 56,000 apartments. Also, Zufar Narzullayev headed the capital construction directorate in the railway system in 2009-2016 and was active in the construction of the "Angren-Pop" railway. In 2016-2017, he was the first deputy governor of Jizzakh region. On July 11, at the meeting of video selectors chaired by the president, the chairman of "Uzbekistan Railways" JSC Husniddin Hosilov was dismissed from his position. At the meeting, it was criticized that four years ago, the Tashkent-Samarkand, Tashkent-Andijan toll roads and the construction of a toll tunnel at Takhtaqoracha pass were given, but neither the project nor the practical work on attracting investors has been started yet. At the same time, at this meeting, Abdurahmon Abduvaliyev, who has been working as the chairman of the Automobile Roads Committee since 2019, but has been responsible for the road sector since 2001, was dismissed. He was replaced by Jamshid Tursunov, who worked as the first deputy of the governor of Bukhara region for finance, economy and poverty alleviation.
