A mobile application is being created to report violations in the field of energy consumption

In order to establish public control over the rational use of fuel and energy resources, the Uzenergo mobile application is being developed. Since September 1, 2023, it has been established that persons who send photo and video recordings of violations related to violations of the rules for the use of electric, thermal energy, gas by the population will be rewarded with monetary remuneration.

Photo and video recordings should reflect:

violations related to violation of the rules for the use of electric, thermal energy, gas;
information about the person who committed the offense (if available);
the address at which the offense was committed, its geographical location, date and time. 
 

When sending materials through the application” Uzenergo " must specify:

human F.I.Sh ., his address;
mobile phone number, bank card number and email address.
 

It is forbidden to make changes to photo and video materials. In order to reduce the size of the video, it is allowed to crop it (no more than 120 seconds). Depending on the type of offense, the person who reported it is paid a monetary reward in the amount of 2% to 30% of the amount of the fine imposed on the offender.
