Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan traditionally accept congratulations on their professional holiday on November 10.

In Dushanbe, on the occasion of Police Day, a military parade of internal forces units was held.

This was reported by the press service of the mayor's office of the capital of Tajikistan.

Representatives of security forces and equipment marched in the parade columns.

It is noted that the event was attended by the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and the Chairman of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali.

Speaking to those present, Rakhmon noted that law enforcement officers perform an important mission to protect the state and nation, calling their work valuable and significant.

The President called on employees of all law enforcement agencies to be vigilant and protect the security and tranquility of society and the state.

Police Day, also known as Tajik Police Day, is celebrated in Tajikistan on November 10. On this date, celebrations are traditionally held with concerts and award ceremonies for particularly distinguished law enforcement officers.
