A man who turned his car hood into an “aquarium” was punished

A video was shared on social media showing a man filling his car hood with water and placing a fish inside, which sparked a discussion. The incident was investigated by the Ministry of Ecology and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the man was fined 1,125,000 soums under Part 1 of Article 111 of the Administrative Code. 
According to the law, unfair, inappropriate, and cruel treatment of living beings in nature is prohibited, and strict liability is established for such actions.
