A man from Uzbekistan was sentenced to 19 years in the United States

39-year-old Sultan Nuriyev left the USA for Tashkent on January 13, 2022, and returned to Orlando, USA on February 20 of the same year. When he returned to the United States, a customs and border service officer checked his mobile phone and found images of child sexual abuse on Nuriyev's phone.

According to the investigation, during his stay in Uzbekistan, Nuriyev introduced himself as a 12-year-old boy on the Internet and encouraged minor girls to send him sexual photos. Nuriyev pleaded guilty on September 26, 2023.

39-year-old Sultan Nuriyev was sentenced to 19 years in prison and will be under supervision for life.
