A man from Bukhara killed a woman from Guzara whom he met through the show "Yor-Yor"

The next meeting of the couple in Kashkadarya, who got to know each other through the "Yor-Yor" program of the "ZorTV" TV channel, ended in murder. Kuyov was sentenced to 13 years in prison.
A court sentence was read out to a 36-year-old man from Zhandor who killed a woman he was dating in Guzor district.

It was reported in the program "Trace of a crime" that on February 28, 2023, the IIB of Guzor district received a report that Surayyo Melikulova, born in 1988, living in the village of Mirishkor of the district, was killed in the house of her sister. The rapid investigation team immediately reached the scene.

The body of the deceased was taken out of a 2.5 meter deep well in the yard. In connection with the situation, a criminal case was initiated under part 1 of Article 97 of the Criminal Code, and investigations were started.

In the course of the investigation, it was found that the deceased had an affair with Surat Ergashev, born in 1987, who lives in the Demun neighborhood of Jondor district, Bukhara region.

Surayyo, who divorced her husband in 2021, will appear on the show "Yor-Yor" broadcast on "ZorTV" TV channel in order to start a family. In December 2021, he received a call from Surat Ergashev, a resident of Zhondar district. This is how their first acquaintance began.

Surat Ergashev, who was involved in the investigation as a suspect, initially tries to distract the investigation. But when it didn't work out, Surayyo says that he got to know Melikulova through the "Yor-Yor" show and was dating.

The "groom" who has become a stranger to Guzor meets Surayya at her sister's house. But there was no sign of the wedding. Tired of this, Surayyo quarrels with Surat Ergashev at the next meeting. The end of the quarrel does not end well: the man injures the woman and makes her unconscious. Then, thinking that he was dead, he threw him into the well in the yard and caused his death.

Surat Ergashev was sentenced to 13 years of imprisonment by the verdict of the Guzor district court on criminal cases.

"Yor-Yor" shows those who want to get married. On November 24, 2021, when the president visited Sheikhontohur district and met with neighborhood activists, a complaint was made to the head of state about the "Yor-Yor" show. At that time, the president gave the task to the prime minister, who was participating in the event, to take control of this issue.
