A major fire broke out at the "Ippodrom"
A fire broke out at the "Beshkurgan" market in Tashkent, also known as the "Ippodrom", on April 5 at 15:56. The Minister of Emergency Situations, Major General Azizbek Ikramov, personally took control of the situation in a firefighter's uniform, and the fire was extinguished at 18:18. There were no reports of injuries. The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are currently being determined.
