A judge from Taraz is suspected of receiving a bribe of 2 million tenge

The judge received money from the defendant for the imposition of a non-custodial sentence in a criminal case pending in her proceedings.
According to article 550 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Prosecutor General has agreed to continue the pre-trial investigation.
