The government decision "On improving the procedure for providing public services for migration and citizenship registration, as well as state registration of motor vehicles and issuing registration number plates" was adopted.
The decision approved the following 2 administrative regulations on the provision of state services:
On migration and citizenship registration of citizens of Uzbekistan, foreign citizens and stateless persons.
In accordance with the regulations, those wishing to use the mobile state service apply through the official website of the Main Directorate of Migration and Citizenship, Call-center, mobile application or YAIDXP ("My.gov.uz").
Accordingly, the applicant chooses the traveling public services and the free day on which these services should be provided.
At the request of the applicant, mobile state services are provided on the basis of an additional fee (payment for the service is paid in advance).
Services to the socially needy category of the population are provided to the applicant's place of residence within 10 working days without charging an additional fee.
The socially needy category of the population includes:
single elderly people who need the care of others and elderly people living alone;
Group I and II, persons with disabilities, children with disabilities;
Citizens who are incompetent and have limited legal capacity;
persons suffering from socially important diseases;
orphans and children deprived of parental care;
persons found to be in need of social services.
If it is not possible to provide mobile public services on the day that the applicants want, the applicants will be warned about this and offered to choose another day.
Going to the place of residence of citizens, carrying out state registration and registration of motor vehicles and issuing license plates.
According to the regulations, mobile public transport registration services are provided on the basis of an additional fee for 1, 3 or 5 days (payment is made before the service is provided).
In this case, the amounts of additional payment for the service are as follows:
When shown in 1 day - 4 times of BHM;
When shown in 3 days - 3 times of BHM;
When shown in 5 days - 2 times of BHM.
When the service distance exceeds 10 kilometers, an additional fee of 5% of BHM will be charged for each kilometer.
These mobile state services will be launched from December 1, 2023. Also, until October 1, 2023, the system of sending the ID card and the biometric passport for going abroad as a postal item to the place of residence of citizens will be established.
In addition, until November 1, 2023:
a call center covering the territory of the republic with permanent service will be established in the provision of state services for migration and transport registration;
A technological guideline for the integration of YAIDXP and "Automotive Transport Accounting" information system will be developed;
a software (mobile application) will be launched that will allow you to send an electronic application for the use of state services for migration and transport registration or call a service employee to your place of residence for an additional fee;
by legal entities through the official website and software (mobile application) of YAIDXP, Department of Public Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Road Safety Service, to send a power of attorney, application and payments electronically will be launched.
