As it turned out, the incident took place in Jizzakh region, and it started when an acquaintance came to ask for a loan from a young man working at a restaurant. After the debtor did not pay the debt, the young man got into a fight to get 800,000 soums, and another passenger got involved in the fight. The young man who started the fistfight, realizing that he was turning from a fistfighter into a victim, promised to come back and left, and that day he led several acquaintances to a restaurant and had a fight.
