A driver who tried to illegally smuggle combat ammunition was stopped at an international transfer point in Bukhara

In the Bukhara region, combat ammunition was obtained from illegal importation.

It is reported that at the International Transfer Point “Olot-motorway”, located in the Bukhara region, a citizen of Uzbekistan, who is moving in the direction of entry by border guards with the help of a service dog, in cooperation with customs officers, S.A. the guided DAF cargo vehicle was inspected.

During the inspection, it was found that from a total of 8 light cars, which were loaded into the truck trailer, without a license plate, 43 combat cartridges were hidden in a cardboard box of 1 between the rear seat and the spare wheel of the car, the model of which was Hyundai Elantra. A preliminary inquiry into the situation is currently underway.
