A driver in Kashkadarya was jailed after filming a traffic police officer and posting the video online.

A driver in the Chiroqchi district of Qashqadaryo was sentenced to seven days of administrative detention after filming a conversation with a traffic police officer and posting it on Instagram.
The individual was stopped on October 5 during a traffic police raid near the Chiroqchi farmers' market. During the inspection, he recorded his interaction with the officer and subsequently uploaded the footage to his Instagram page.
The court characterized the individual's actions as the dissemination of photo and video materials that discredit a law enforcement officer and imposed a penalty of seven days of administrative detention under Article 195² of the Code on Administrative Liability.
