A cultural corner of Tajikistan has appeared in Kazakhstan.

This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the republic.

It is noted that the opening ceremony took place at the House of Friendship of the Assembly of Peoples of Kazakhstan.

The opening was timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Central Asian countries.

The Ambassador of Tajikistan to the Republic Khairullo Ibodzoda spoke about the revival, development and prosperity of the cultural heritage of Tajiks.

“The purpose of creating a corner is to familiarize yourself with the culture of the Tajik people, customs, traditions and musical instruments,” he emphasized.

Thus, in the cultural corner of Tajikistan in Astana, national clothes made of satin, adras, gulduzi, chakan, suzani, folk instruments, paintings with landscapes of Tajikistan, folk crafts and decorative arts of the Tajik people are presented.

Earlier, the head of the Union of Artists of Tajikistan, Nargis Khomidova, announced an exhibition of works by Tajik artists in Samarkand.

The event will feature paintings by Ilyas Mamajonov, Daler Mikhtoev and Bakhrom Ismatov from Tajikistan. In addition, paintings by invited artists Nuriddin Isoev and Akhmed Isoev will be shown there.
