A citizen who illegally cut down 3 trees in Jizzakh was fined 1,650,000 soums

During the event, it was found that a person living in Syrdarya region had illegally cut down 3 conifers without a proper permit. As a result, the citizen violated Articles 4, 37 and 49 of the Law "On the Protection and Use of Flora".
A report was drawn up in accordance with Article 79, Part 1 of the Criminal Code, and a fine of 1,650,000 soums was imposed.
Also, the offender will pay 25,740,000 soums of damage caused to the flora, the report says.
