A 24-year-old Uzbek man was driving a truck when he was tired and collided with a car. On August 26, at 14:00, a 24-year-old Uzbek citizen driving a MAN-TGX truck collided with a Lada Largus car driven by a 51-year-old Russian citizen. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan. It is noted that the accident happened on the Samara-Shymkent highway in the Kyzylorda region near the Russian border.
As a result, the Lada driver died on the spot, his minor passenger was hospitalized with various injuries.
In connection with this situation, a criminal case was initiated under Article 345, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan.
According to preliminary information, the MAN-TGX driver was driving the vehicle while tired.
