A Chinese man who tortured a cat was imprisoned in Tashkent

Earlier in Tashkent, it was reported that a Chinese citizen was tormented by holding a cat in a container and pouring boiling water. 
The case was heard in Yakkasaroy District Court on September 18, and the Chinese Y.Z.ga 5 days of administrative imprisonment. Although his lawyers appealed to replace the sentence with a fine, on September 20, the appeal was dismissed in the Tashkent City Criminal Court and the prison sentence remained in place.
