A case was opened against "UzAuto Motors"

A citizen of Karakalpakstan appealed to the Competition Committee regarding the fact that the Gentra car caught fire due to a malfunction less than 5 months after he bought it, but the manufacturer was not eliminating this situation in time. After a citizen's complaint, the Competition Committee opened a case against "UzAuto Motors" JSC. "UzAuto Motors" JSC and its dealers were given appropriate instructions regarding the violation of the law, and the committee undertook to recall 37 cars of this model within 10 days for technical inspection.

Also, a new car of the same brand was exchanged to the citizen who applied, and a decision was made to pay a fine in the amount of one percent of the price of the car for each day missed from the time of the consumer's request.
