A case of sexual violence against a 10-year-old child has been identified in Jizzakh.

It has been revealed that a 10-year-old child was subjected to sexual abuse over a period of two months in Jizzakh. The suspect was a 53-year-old man with a prior criminal record.
Reports indicate that he was a close relative of the child and had threatened the child not to tell anyone about the incidents. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 119, Part 4 of the Criminal Code.
After being summoned to the prosecutor's office, the suspect went into hiding and was declared wanted on October 3. On October 4, he was found dead in an unfinished building belonging to him.
The circumstances of his death are also being investigated separately. The victim is receiving the necessary psychological and legal support.
